Hi,
I've just bought a Tp-link AXE5400 Archer AXE75 but I cannot connect to the internet. I get an orange solid LED light on the router, meaning there is no internet.
I am on Sky Broadband Ultrafast Plus 500 Mb/s FTTP.
Could someone please walk me through how to connect this router to the network?
Thank you!
P.S. My sky hub is working fine.

The only way to authenticate a tp link ax model is via dhcpv6 prefix delegation and then it doesn'work on all exchanges.
Try this
Tp link AX is on latest firmware
IPV6 on (advanced menu option)
Dynamic IP (SLAAC/DHCPv6)
advanced settings: DHCPv6
prefix delegation enabled
DNS address: get dynamically from ISP
IPv6 LAN
SLAAC + stateless DHCP

Thank you for quick answer. But how do I access these settings?

Ideally via an etherneted connection to the tp link (don't use the tether app)
using whatever ip address the tp uses

Thank you!
I'll try that and will report later if it works!
Thanks 🙂
