BROADBAND NOT WORKING

In Brighton - Broadband not working. Broadband test on website says that all working well but it's not. Internet not working. Orange light on sky box.

@Anthony13 if the connection test in the My Sky app run overca mobile connection is not telling you that there is a known fault call Sky and report it. If your Sky Talk line is working dialing 150 gives you a free call.
