Broadband connection gone in Ballina?? no operators available

Is there any number for help on a Sunday? Internet connection gone for hours. Already reset it etc

My broadband stopped working around 4:30pm today (Dunmore Road, Waterford, Ireland) .. and I had no luck with Sky support through the MySky app (which performed a Service Checker to confirm what I knew .. that there is a problem with the broadband) nor by calling Sky in the UK and by the time I was connected to a number in Ireland .. the office was closed

Are there others without broadband??

Has anyone else been successful with getting support??

@MareAshe & @Laura1112 report your issues tomorrow when Sky Ireland open the lines. In practice even if you had reported the problem today nothing could happen until tomorrow.
