Hi I'm getting technical issues too all morning! Netflix and other streaming platforms are ok, it's just sky that the problem. Anyone any news about it?

Same issue in Bolton, tried rebooting both router and puck and now screen is frozen

I and many others have had this issue this morning but it has now been fixed.   You may need to reboot your Glass TV or Puck.  After I did the reboot 30 minutes ago I have not had any more trouble.

  • Yes i fixed it, i noticed it said " Software updating" in settings.

What a load of **bleep** my sky app say all your services are good they are no picture on my sky glass just a lovely colour blue this happens a lot so bloody frustrating

Technical fault

Could get ITV1 this morning, now nothing. All light at green on modem etc. Message on TV says technical fault, try later

Technical fault - Sky stream

Not been able to use my sky stream all day, every channel I try to play comes up with technical fault. Internet connection is fine as I'm able to stream perfectly on other platforms

Have you fully rebooted your puck? Turn it off at the wall for a minute or two then power it back on and allow it to restart. 

Sky claim that a reboot will solve the issue which caused this to happen to many customers this morning.

Technical Fault on Sky Glass

Had blue screen and technical fault message all day but your service checker says everything is fine. Very frustrating

There was an issue with Stream / Glass this morning which was fixed. Try rebooting the puck.
