Switching providers cancellation

  • Hey guys recently my sky broadband was cancelled by another provider which I didn't consent so I rang sky and they said BT put in this order so I cancelled it and sky told me everything has been resolved and my Contract will continue. Whenever I open the app it says my contract has been cancelled 

Can anyone help me out

@Vathani it can take a day for the app to catch up with changesso it should resove itself. If it doesnt give Sky another call.

This would make sense but Sky resolved this issue 2 weeks ago so it still shouldn't show on the app right

As suggested give Sky another call. It's a free call by dialling 150 from your Sky Talk landline.
