Switching providers cancellation

- Hey guys recently my sky broadband was cancelled by another provider which I didn't consent so I rang sky and they said BT put in this order so I cancelled it and sky told me everything has been resolved and my Contract will continue. Whenever I open the app it says my contract has been cancelled
Can anyone help me out
