I pay for super fast broadband and am currently getting a speed of 3.6. I don't know about anybody else but if I was a Sky employee I don't think that would be acceptable and something would be done about it!
@VivMel When you do not tag or id the reply makes it hard with the answers you are doing, see if you can say what hub you have, also the tips link to posting stat's up so someone can look at the state of your line connection. See the link's below! Final link use the address checker and capture, hide personal details attach and post the picture, will say what the line is supposed to be getting!
@VivMel Post 6 use the BT Broadband checker, click on the Address 2nd box top left, put in the details and it will show what is expected for you delivery to your home!
@VivMel Looks like 3.1Mb/s is going to be that point, and honestly would not even hold that out for copper connection lucky just keep everyone from phoning you on a landline, you must be miles away from anywhere to have that type of connection and speed's seen better ADSL connections!
