Poor Internet speeds
I am working from home and can not host team calls, if I share my screen I get a hold message and my calls are cracking when people speak. It takes a long time to download files and sync share point folders. I've tested the Internet and it says its good but these problems have been on going for a while and the Internet is getting worse, reported them over a year ago and got a booster but that did nothing. During the week, when I am at work then I am the only person on the Internet and on a weekend when trying to game there is 2 of us using the Internet and we also have similar problems with streaming or downloading gaming content and one of us ends up shutting down our game.

@Dobby66 @If you want some advice or help from your fellow customers on this forum, some extra information would be useful:
What broadband product are you on (Superfast, Gigabit etc.)?
How are your devices connected to the router?
Where are your devices located in relation to the router?
If you can respond with these details, someone may be able to offer some assistance.
