Slow wifi

Wifi really slow, films on tv keep buffering constantly. Did a speed test and only getting around 9mbps

Same issue here. Guaranteed 100Mb/s and getting less than 5Mb/s, yet Sky say there's no issue.

@Nats7  Their broadband/wifi checker says no issues, but I'm supposed to get guaranteed 57mbps

Same here, has been troublesome fir the past week. Have 500MB but speediest shows 20MB
