Slow internet speed

For the last 2 days I have been experiencing slow internet. The upload speed is at 48 mbps when it should be around 150 Mbps. I have reset my router and devices but nothing has changed.

It is just connected through Wi-Fi, no Ethernet cable

I am still getting really low download speed, have tried everything but cant work out what is up?
