No internet

Our internet keeps dropping out all the checks on the sky app say the wifi is good and the connection is there but it isnt no internet light on my hub and the voice connection is orange?

@Dee46 if you click to run the test rather than simply looking at the result of the last routine test then it will tell you if Sky is aware of an issue affecting your line if it doesn't give Sky a call.
