No internet

On my box the internet light is off and the voice light is orange.

normally all the lights are green.

i have no internet yet when i use the service to run tests its tells me everything looks good.

Disconnected my iPhone from the internet and back on again however it's telling me that my password is incorrect even though it's not.

Ive switched the WiFi box off at the wall and back on again but, that's not made any difference either.

what else can I do?

@Flick84  if you click to run the test rather than simply looking at the result of the last routine test then it will tell you if Sky is aware of an issue affecting your line if it doesn't give Sky a call.
