Slow broadband

My broadband which is guaranteed at 600 mbps has dropped to 2.9 mbps every night the past few days?

Mine is also doing this. I would love to be able to speak to someone after exhausting the online help but finding a phone number is impossible. I am 100% worse off with Sky than my previous provider and at my wits end.

You supposedly cannot contact Sky Support after 9pm which is around the time I notice the speed dropping.  I will have to leave myself a note to contact them in the morning.

@Elv1s1 @Fedup662 You can contact sky Customer Service using you landline phone, just dial 150 it's the best way!

Contact times are from 8am to 8pm.

@Fedup662 Every sky system for broadband has landline talk and calls to sky are free.

Your duplicate thread has been removed as you already have this one. Billing continues during any fault or outage but in this case have you reported it to Sky since you first noticed it?

Yes I reported it last week and they're sending an engineer next Tuesday which is too long to wait really but I feel I have no option than to wait.
