Sky pod won't connect to sky max hub regardless of where I position pod in the house. Always has a flashing white light. Do I need to reset it?

@Franco30 is the hub showing as a device in the My Sky app? If it isnt then you need to add it as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-booster-setup-problem-max-pod
