Slow speed issue was fixed yesterday but now my sky max pod will not connect my hub so no longer have WiFi in all rooms

Thank you, managed to reconnect the pod through the my sky app and adding the device with its serial number

Openreach came and fixed external fault. Have had to reconnect some devices to the hub but it's like no longer finds the pod

@Se25 there are several different reasons why a pod may not connect as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-booster-max-pod.
If you are still stuck talk to Sky who can see your hub and system remotely and can usually talk you through how to sort it.
