Upgrade having a negative impact

We recently upgraded to gigafast so we could get faster upload/download speeds, however we're starting to have some connectivity issues we didn't have previously. Seems unusual to upgrade but receive a more detrimental service - and it makes it difficult to work from home when the Wi-Fi intermittently drops off.

@TerryC82 Try the diagnostic checker, if nothing is found then call sky and have them check at there end!
