Sky hub not being recognised

All my devices have stopped connecting to wifi. The Sky hub is not being recognised when i search available connections. The light is white on the hub. I have turned it on and off but nothing is connecting to the hub

@ANDYCHELS sounds like there is an issue with thst unit so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Have managed to get it working now by resetting the router by pressing g the WPS button. Seems to have done the trick thanks
