Find out more@ANDYCHELS sounds like there is an issue with thst unit so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Have managed to get it working now by resetting the router by pressing g the WPS button. Seems to have done the trick thanks
