My pod has arrived but it won't connect to the sky max router.
I have plugged it in near the router to ensure there is a good signal but no success. I have scanned the QR code in the box and tried the manual connection without success many times.
Does anyone have any ideas for me to try?

The pods show no lights when connected to the hub and it takes time for the wifi to optimise so dont expect devices to suddenly connect and it isnt something you can directly control.

They're are not that good I have one I am sending it back no point having it

Yes I have a bungalow and it will not connect in have started at one end of the bungalow to the over end and it still won't work

Hi there, has anyone found a fix for this? i got my third pod today and it will not connect at all, when i try to connect it manually i just get an error message saying something went wrong.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@UK+Sgt+7094 is the third pod listed in the My Sky app? If it isnt give sky a call as it needs to be added.? Intially try linking it tomthe hub by plugging it in close to it once paired move it to the desired location but remember these units need a decent connection back to the hub so should be half way between the nearest hub or pidcand wherevyou need tge boost.

thanks, it is not showing in the app, i pluged it in about 4 feet away from the hub bt no joy, got an engineer comming out on Saturday anyway so hopefully he can fix it, just returned to sky last month and not been impressed so far with the new kit.
