Sky Max Pod Request

I have just had a Sky Max WiFi Router installed, and was told at the time of order that I could request sky max pods. My WiFi signal is poor in parts of my house and I'd like to request some pods, but can't find where to place that request.

Hi Chrisee,

I'm in the same position, I can't find how or where to order a sky max pod. The help assistant just keeps going around in circles. Can you kindly escalate my post too please?

Re: Sky Max Pod Request

@_Claire I have the same problem. I was told that once my broadband was activated to call back to request 2 pods. Sky were told when I ordered that no matter who supplied the broadband 2 boosters were always needed.

Now my service is active, they have said that only one can be sent and and engineer is needed for the second.

This is a waste of time as I am well aware where I need to place the boosters. I am seriously considering switching back to EE.
