Where to order Sky Max Pod

I have just had a Sky Max WiFi Router installed, and was told at the time of order that I could request sky max pods. My WiFi signal is poor in parts of my house and I'd like to request some pods, but can't find where to place that request.

@PhillGen  You need to call to order them, these are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

Hi, thanks for the prompt response. However, I have tried the help assistant without success; it just keeps going around in circles with no resolution, hence the reason I've had to resort to posting in this community. I don't have a sky mobile or landline and I can't find the number to call.
