Sky Max Pod Request

I have just had a Sky Max WiFi Router installed, and was told at the time of order that I could request sky max pods. My WiFi signal is poor in parts of my house and I'd like to request some pods, but can't find where to place that request.

@Acciesforever you need to talk to Sky so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. I'm in the same position, I can't find how or where to order a sky max pod. The help assistant just keeps going around in circles. Can you kindly escalate my post too please?
