Nobody should be promising anything in regards to wifi performance as there are too many variables involved.

Please desist from using caps lock.

Re: Sky Max Pod Request

Hi all,

   Joined Sky last month. WiFi is great in the lounge but rubbish everywhere else in the house. It sounds like I need pods. If anyone at Sky is reading this can you uplift my request please.

@Drewtatstic to repeat the information given higher in this thread to get a WiFi extender you have to first have a subscription that includes Sky's WiFi Max package (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max) and then call Sky and ask for an extender to be sent out.

Sky cannot act directly from a forum post and the forum escalation team cannot handle sales.

Re: Sky Max Pod Request

I am having exactly the same problem. My wi-fi is strong where the router is but doesn't extend to other parts of the house. I'd like to order 3 max pods but it isnt straightforward on the website at all. Please can sky get in touch with me.

@PaulM19771

No one from Sky will contact you as a result of posting on here. Any Sky account/s you may have are not linked to your Community Forum username so no one knows who you are.

If you already have 'Wi-Fi Max' or now choose to purchase it as an add-on (currently £6 a month I believe), Sky will loan you up to 3 booster pods. Call Sky to arrange the first one.

Additional pods then require an engineer visit to check your set up, https://www.sky._com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

I am locking this thread as the marked answer is the correct process to follow to request a pod

Thanks
