Hi
I'm new to sky and trying to access my router to change the wifi channel to 2.4 not 5.
I have used admin and my password from router (having watched YouTube which says this is the combination to use for my router) it's still not logging in?
I have also tried admin and sky just in case but that doesn't work either
Any suggestions would be appreciated as it's driving me mad!

P.S. that way you can use both . You don't really want to lose 5ghz as that is the faster band

thanks for your reply. The problem I'm having is that my sign in details aren't being recognised so I can't get to the right area to change.

What browser are you using? ie safari then try chrome
Try resetting the hub by holding done the reset button on the back for 20 seconds and try again
Finally try a device etherneted to the hub

Trying to do it from my phone so will try and log on via laptop to see if it makes a difference.

i managed to get in on laptop and unticked and had to rename a couple of things, but have managed to get devices back on line
