This link doesn't help at all... brings up an 'An Post' link which doesn't work and tells you to visit sky returns but there is no link to order or print off a return label... anyone else any suggestions please

@Ciara+Mc+Elvaney

It works perfectly well. When you click on 'Returning my Sky equipment', then 'Sky TV and Sky broadband equipment', it gives you all sorts of postage options (Collect+, Royal Mail, etc). Click on that postal service and select the various options and you'll get your label.

Re: Returning sky broadband hub

I see many requests about returns and wanting the address whiich no one has answered.  I've spent ages searching the site.  I returned my router using their label but it's not been delivered so I'm asking Yodel to find it, but they need the address - which I no longer had as it was on the label they sent me.

However, this may help everyone asking :  https://www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk/returns/5275e723-b374-0b2e-76bf-7ee468916948/label.pdf
