Microfilter lead

I'm looking for a very long lead to plug my router in to get a better connection then it being in the cupboard. The lead I need is microfilter cable .purple end plugs in to router .Grey end plugs in to socket on the wall . My question is does it have to be purple and is there another name for it please

Just look for dsl rj11 to rj11 cables from currys, argos, amazon etc
