Refund after cancellation

I've had a credit sitting on my Sky broadband account for over a month now, following my cancellation. I thought it would likely be refunded on the day of the month that my direct debit had always been taken, but it wasn't. How can I get this dealt with, without calling up, please?

@Skyuser13  It can take up to 6 weeks after the last day of connection. But to find out it might be best to give Sky a call to when this would happen. Does it not say anything in my account about the credit sitting on your account?

It shows the refund credit that's due, for the relevant dates, but I can't find any mention of when I can expect to receive it. I can't face ringing up again, so will give it another couple of weeks.
