Red light is on the LOS

Hi, I can't seem to get hold of anybody! The red light is on the LOS bit on the box and no Internet for 3 days. Hoping someone will get back to me on here to help me please!

@Stephcole2021 yesterday's worldwide  IT problems brought down Sky's call centre but you need to report the line failure to Sky. I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
