Hello,
I see several other discussions with this problem.
We moved into our house last week and have discovered the previous occupants have emoved the ONT box. Our internet was supposed to be on today but we're unable to access.
This is made worse by the global MS fault meaning we can't phone sky directly to ask them to send a tech out.
Sky Team pleas help!
