Hi, I can't seem to get hold of anybody! The red light is on the LOS bit on the box and no Internet for 3 days. Hoping someone will get back to me on here to help me please!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Stephcole2021 yesterday's worldwide IT problems brought down Sky's call centre but you need to report the line failure to Sky. I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
