Wifi upstairs

Hi so the last few days nothing upstairs will connect. Nothing has changed. The tv won't connect. Daughters tv won't connect. Our sky wifi shows up but on connecting we get an error message.

Hi sorry I couldn't find your message. I took the wires out of the box and plugged them back in and gave it a little "tap" and eventually it kicked back in. Maybe I need a new broadband box?
