You can either use one from a family member or friend or if you have a phone contract with Sky then you can call them and they will do this for you as only someone aged 18 or over can sign a credit agreement so they will already know that you are older than 18 for the adult settings to be changed. 150 is the free number to use to call Sky on.

Is this Sky Mobile (where you have posted) or Sky Broadband related ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Crit the default setting for Sky's Broadband Shield is age 13 as that is what the regulators require. However as explained above the control of Broadband Shield is down to the account holder. It is pretty simple to,do,just log intto the My Sky app go to product options and change level there. If its not working for somecreason give Sky a call so they can get your account sorted out.
