Tv says not programmed

I've just got full cable also been well till now when the TV says not programmed,so there is no tv

How is your TV delivered is it via Sky Q or Sky stream or Freeview/freely or virgin tv 

As my tv is via stream but if I turn tv on without turning to hdmi port my tv will show not programmed

Sky doesn't do cable television: that's a different technology.

If you have Sky Q (satellite) or Sky Stream (online) and are seeing a 'not programmed' message, that's coming from the television set itself, not the Sky hardware, and is telling you that the TV is currently trying to show digital terrestrial broadcasting but cannot find an aerial signal.

Typically you'd need to use the television remote control to select the HDMI input which the Sky device is connected to.
