Purchasing my previous broadband contract

I am Pathar Man Rai.

I have recently joined your service since 11/04/2024.

Earlier I was using Sell Energy Broadband Provider. Some three weeks ago I was called by one of sky's marketing and sales team members from India and I was convinced with his promissed to provide a better service on a reasonable price.

However, we had early termination charges associated with the previous contractor  (sell energy) leaving before 12 months,  its about 120 Pounds ,so I addressed this to your sales personnel and he assured me that the company will purchase the previous contract and we will not be liable to pay early termination fee.

So I would like to know more about this process and if it is even true or not ,please any one of you can let me know, if we have to terminate the previous contract by ourselves.

If it is not right place to contact for this issue please provide me the right email address so that I can address my issue to them as soon as possible Because we have now both internet connection going on in our house.

I dont know where is the right place to address this issue.

Thanks
