Signed up for Ultrafast+ Not happy with router sent

I just received my new router in the post and tbh I'm not at all happy with it. I've been given the SR203 which I read can be tempremental. I assumed I'd get the ltest newest model after what I've signed up for. Would I get anywhere compalining? I'm going to have to use it for now as install in Thursday.

The SR203 is Sky's most current standard router. If you want the newest WiFi 6 one you need to take out the WiFi Max subscription. Complaining will get you nowhere as this is Sky's standard policy.

@Chigirlx having used a SR203 since they were launched up until August last year I have never found them tempremental and Sky's customers have literally millions of these units in use. Occasionally people will inevitably report the odd fault especially in this forum.
