Poor internet

Our internet keeps dropping continuously. 
engineers were out and problem still persists. Not the service I paid for. Sure this is a breach of contract.

@Craig123459 if Sky cannot deliver a stable connection then they are likely release you from contract if you complain. However thst doesn't necessarily help,you as moving to another isp using the same line will have the same issue. 

Line faults can be hard to identify and fix and require multiple attempts. If you would like help,from the forum and you have a black Sky hub post your hub's connection stats see Sky Hub statistics
