Every day at this time 22:30 my internet is down

@Jannedy Unless you have set up a schedule there is nothing in the hub which can cutvthe connection at a fixed time. Therefore  if your hub loses connection at 22.30 every night there is an issue in your home or nearby causing the connection to drop. If you have a partial fibre connection this can be disrupted by electrical interference caused by a faulty appliance like amicrowave, fuorescent light or switch . Think sbout what else happens in your home at the sametime as it is likely to be local. Full fibre is immune to interference.

Interference from external sources is comparatively rare and very difficult to locate and even harder to stop. If it is external it is likely to be affecting your neighbours as well. If that applies report your issue to sky and suggest your neighbours complain to their ISPs.
