Poor broadband

When I check the connections on the app is say ok and the speed looks good, but for about three weeks now I can use the broadband for Facebook, Instagram and all social media platforms. The speed is very poor

I have not received any message for anyone to elp the situation. The network is so bad I am already planning on replacing sky.
