Devices can't connect wirelessly to WiFi
For the past week, it's been really hard to get a consistent wireless connection to my Sky broadband (Max Hub). My phone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro) will connect periodically but I have to manually select the WiFi option, otherwise it will disconnect and when I try it says "Can't connect". Both my personal and work laptop (Dell Windows) can't connect with the message saying "Unable to connect to..." I do have an ethernet cable so that's what I've been using for my laptops and that works fine. My WiFi light is always white too and when I check on the Sky app, there's never any problems.
It will work for about 20-30mins if I turn the plug that my router 's plugged into on and off and then I eventually get the same "Can't connect" message. It's too much of a hassle to be doing this every 30 minutes. I've also tried forgetting my WiFi on all devices and re-entering the password but that never works anymore. I've tried resetting WiFi, mobile networks and Bluetooth on my phone but that doesn't make a difference either.
If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! I'm paying for broadband to actually use it!

Re: Devices can't connect wirelessly to WiFi
Hi @Tom-W19,
Thanks! I've only just seen that the chat bubble lasts for 48hrs. Does that mean the whole conversation will only last within the 48hr window or will it stay on until the issue is resolved? Just wondering because I sent a message a few minutes ago as I've been busy the whole day.

@Addie15 Hi, yes I still need help if that's okay. I was away from home for the Christmas season and couldn't reply to the message bubbles.
