We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.
You will have to contact Sky if you're still having issues.

@Hazelthomas62 Good luck with holding Sky responsible for an alarm system not working. Suggest you have a read of the T&C's you have agreed to
