Just got sky broadband installed, but engineer left without getting it up and running. He said would need to get openreach back out. However they where just up 4 days ago fitting cabling outside my property. Anyone know why they would leave if known to not be working?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Codge1879 you may well be correct but it makes no diifference as you are waiting on Openreach to complete the job and there is no proven way to speed that up. You will be paid compensation for delayed provisioning see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
