Openreach permission form

I recently ordered fast fibre 500 and have already been visited by openreach who had me sign a tablet they marked my property where they'll need to remove one or two paving slabs. I'm now being told I need to sign a consent form or something to allow this but I've already signed surely? This is very frustrating as I've already booked the day of the engineer inside off work now being told it can't go ahead until I've signed something but I've not been sent anything either in the mail or email so erm ???

what do I do ??

Ignore this, found the bloody email hidden away obscurely in junk mail, filled it in and the reply went to same hidden junk mail.
