One device at a time

Hello we are having awful trouble with our wifi we cannot work on a desktop and have the tv on at the same time as buffering and taking ages to open documents on the computer, this is stopping us from working, it says there are no problems but something is wrong, please help

Is this slow and causing a problem, driving us mad
