I have just moved to a new apartment, and have the same issue of missing an ONT power cable in my appartment. How can I get a replacement?

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.

Also missing the ONT power cable having just moved into a new flat. Sky broadband due tpo be installed tomorrow. Please help ?  Where can i get power cable from ?

Belated thanks for the reply! I would up going down a different route and purchasing an adapter on eBay which is slightly more expensive but also more expeditive 12 pounds).

For those of you wanting to do the same, make sure the voltage is matches what the box needs. In my case it was 12v. Also make sure that the adapter comes with a range of different tips.
