Hi, the power supply cable for my openreach ONT is missing like many on this thread.  How can I get help to source a repalcement please?  My activiation will be remote so not able to ask the technician and no obvious way to get any othyer escalation.  Thanks

@emily_1979 You will have to call Sky to let them know the power cable is missing, the escalation process via the forum is offline for a few weeks.
