My location keeps showing Milan

my location keeps showing Milan.i have carried out a hard reset of the sky router and it then it shows Walsall where I am based, 10 mins later it is showing me in Milan again.i have left the router turned off for 1 hour and its ok for 10mins and automatically reverts back to Milan. My YouTube ads are in Italian, hence why it came to light, I asked for the weather and it points me to Milan. If I take my products off the sky internet - they all show the correct location.  Any suggestions ? This only started 2 days ago

@ABasran Run the www.whatismyipaddress.com and note down what it return's to you sky hub!

@ABasran due to the shortage of IP4 addresses Sky are known to shift address blocks between their subsiduaries including Italy. While the location will have been changed with the central regustry it takes time before every agency providing location services catch up. Powering down your hub for an hour should get you a UK based IP address.

when I check my ip address on the website. It is different to my ip address on the sky router

i am in the West Midlands and I'm showing in London .

i did turn my router off for 1 hour yesterday and it fix it temporarily. Within 15 mins it was back to Milan we go. Its rather annoying. I use Google as my search engine and that's in Italian 🤣

@ABasran that the site is returning a UK address implies it isnt the IP address which is at fault. If you go into your personal google account at myaccount.google.com and check the personal details which includes the language you use. I wonder if it is possible your account has been highjacked? @Chrisee @I will turn the router off for  2 hours and see what it does.  My accounts are secure and nothing looks out of place. 
This has only started 2 days ago.... it was all fine.... if all my product are off the sky broadband it all works fine and in English.

everything was back in English until 15 mins had lapsed.

Location now back in Milan.
