Hi I've the same issue, my ONT Power Cable and LAN cables are missing. Can someone please help?

Just move inmy bungalow. And got sky broadband start today but can't use it . I got a openreach  box on wall. And lady that was here tuck  the power   cable  that what we need

@Sillysal You will need to call Sky direct and have someone deal with getting a replacement for you there is no other way. Link to the number below or 150 if you have a landline. Need more help will show you the number.

My ONT cable is also missing. Could this be escalated so that I can get openreach to install one. Thank you.

please can I get an escalation. My Sky boardband should be activated today remotely. But ONT power cable is missing.

@Annayip 

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

We just moved in yesterday and told that they already activated our internet remotely yesterday however we can't proceed as we the ONT cable is missing. May we ask how to get help to openreach or sky

@Gilbert7 as mentioned previously contact Sky who will arrange for Openreach to send you a new one.
