Not getting WiFi in every room
I'm really struggling to get Wi-Fi in every room of my house. I keep putting off ringing you as I know I'll be on the phone forever being past about, and trying to diagnose what the problem is, but with 2 young children I don't have the time or patience. I've recently seen another advert from yourselves saying you guarantee WiFi in every room of the house. But I struggle in my kitchen, I struggle upstairs in the bedrooms. So how do we rectify this please?

Re: Not getting WiFi in every room
@c186 Sky's wall-to-wall WiFi guarantee is really only a marketing line if you read it you will find it means nothing unless you have bought one of their add-on packages see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wall-to-wall-wifi-guarantee. and the 3Mb/s is almost useless these days
Increasingly we need faster connections and in many homes a single free router isps lime Sky give out are not up to delivering that. You can buy an add-on like Sky's WiFi Max bundle if you want that it gets you a new white hub and the ability to request up to 3 extenders should they be nedded to deliver a minimum 10Mb/s innevery room (rises to 25Mb/s if you are on an Ultrafast service). Alternatively you can buy your own kit which can work out cheaper in the long run. Intook the last option myself.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
