WiFi not reaching all rooms

wifi isn't reaching some of the rooms in the house and we are constantly switching back to 4g just to get internet.
we never had this problem previously and it has made working from home tricky.

how do we get a booster to support with this issue?

@Hannah+Frame Sky will provide a boister if you buy one of their add-on products like Sky WiFi Max they dont provide them to customers who don't pay extra unfortunately.

@Rob1966ok

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of the legacy 'Broadband Boost' add-on and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell boosters except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Phoning Sky to go through a telephone diagnosis is required to have a booster or pod allocated to the account. Inevitably some  Sky booster hardware has leaked onto a certain auction site and elsewhere online, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Confusingly the default 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' bundled with all new Sky Broadband orders where Boost or Max is not added by the customer doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above plus a one month broadband subscription refund.

@Mehesen while you can reject the fibre service from Sky in thecfirst 31 days you cannot go back to your old copper connection Openreach simply dont allow that.

Hoowever nobody guarantees 90Mb/s over WiFi as the maximum WiFi guarantee with Sky's WiFi Max is 25Mb/s in every room see .https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max.  The 90Mb/s applies to thecspeed to the hub. WiFi speeds depend on the layout and  how your home is built. You can sometimes help by making sure the hub and extenders are in the best position. For the hub that is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators. If the cable connecting the hub to the ONT is too short you can change it for a longer onecany newxethernet cable should work. The pods need a good connection to the hub so placecthen halfway to where you need the boost.
