Slow wifi speeds

Hello,

Your website claims I'm running speeds at 75mbs.. yet I'm clearly not, I've run a speed test and it's showing I'm only hitting speeds of 8.4mbs... im really not happy with this as I'm trying to download games on my ps5 and speeds are shockingly slow! Especially the price I currently pay for this service.. your website constantly lies about the speeds I'm getting and to be honest, I think you're taking the mick!?..

@JIMMYRAD  The speed that you see from the broadband test is to the router. What device are you using to measure your speed and how is it connected?

I'm using speed checker website on my mobile phone whilst connected to my WiFi at home..

@JIMMYRAD so you are simply measuring the WiFi speed in your home not the speed Sky provide to the hub. It is further complicated in other devices are using the connection at the sametime. 

WiFi is great for convenience but given the signals are affected by the layout and type of construction of your home not to mention the level of interference Sky cannot guarantee speeds to a device.
