Sky Broadband Tests indicate all is "Good" with 35MB speed to the hub, but it is far from good as internet pages are slow to load or don't load at all! Everyone at home mainly uses their 4G instead. The problem exists even when no is down loading/streaming from the internet etc...I have discussed this issue with Sky and they sent out a new router which has not helped at all. It seems ridiculous that we are paying for a service that is unreliable.
Any help would be welcome?

That is the speed to the router, hub the more you have connected to the Internet by wifi or ethernet cable the less the speed to each one gets, e g 5 things connected to the Internet devide that by 35mps and that's roughly what each tv, phone games console laptop and tablet will be getting , the more items you have connected the less mps each one gets,

You probably need at lest 100mps

Thanks for the reply, i understand what you are saying, however the problem still happens even when there is only one or two divices connected. When we first had Sky Q & Sky Broadband installed everything worked perfectly and nothing has changed i.e same number of devices connected now as what we had at the start when things worked well. The only thing that has changed is that the Broadband has gradually become worse over time to the point that it is sometimes useless. Thanks
